|‘HOLISTIC PLANNING & PROMOTION OF FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY IN SOUTH INDIA WITH FOCUS ON EXPORTS’ at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai||Ms. Dhanupriya Souresh Coumar, Assistant project manager, Reports & Academic outreach at F1rst, spoke in the national seminar on ‘Holistic planning & promotion of food processing industry in South India with focus on exports’, organised by All India Food Processors Association AIFPA. She presented entrepreneurs & students on recent advances in the modern food processing technologies and shared its potential to specifically extend shelf life of perishable produce. The seminar was conducted by AIFPA with the support of Ministry of Food Processing Industries MoFPI and co-associated with India Trade Promotion Organisation ITPO, as part of AAHAR 2018 conducted on August 24, 2018 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai.|
